I didn't get my weave.

not because i didn't want to! they just didn't get the hair in time.

bitter, bitter disappointment. she offered me a refund, on the hair. and i briefly considered taking it. I thought about chalking this whole mess up to the misguided search for commercial beauty i just cant seem to shake.

and then i saw my mass of kinky, ash brown, neck length, absolutely adorable real hair.

and decided i didn't want to be cute anymore.

so hopefully on friday i'll be continuing on with my search for the weave.
